Rock House Training is an accredited centre with EDI and I Can Qualify for the delivery of Qualifications and Credit Framework awards (QCF) and Apprenticeship Awards levels 2 and 3.  


During our enrolment process and throughout the completion of their award, we work closely with each learner, completing ‘Knowing is Growing’ interviews to establish with the learner their aims and objectives for advancement within the sector. We identify any barriers that may be preventing the learner from moving forward and offer support, information, advice, guidance and sign posting to overcome these barriers, leading to an advancing career in the Health and Social Care or Child Care Sector


Once enrolled, learners are supported in small groups and/or 1 to 1 sessions and offered individual online tutorial time. Programmes are organised to make the best use of time, so that qualifications can be achieved in the most effective time frame.


Individual evidence for each learner is processed through an eportfoilo via I Can Quality (ICQ). Learners are issued with their personal log in details and are able to access ICQ to track their progress, gain additional support and guidance from their Assessor, view feedback from their Assessor, access training materials and view Rock House Training policies.

The emphasis at Rock House Training is to provide qualifications that will be used in the real work environment. Our programmes will result in the learner achieving a Nationally recognised qualification and enable the learner to use their newly gained skills and knowledge effectively in the work place to benefit the learner, the Employer and the Client/s.


At Rock House Training will offer our current and potential learners’ a comprehensive high quality holistic information, advice and guidance (IAG) where learners needs, including those not directly related to their award, are at the centre of the progress.


Our focus is our learners – ‘their success is our success’. The learners experience and positive outcomes remain our priority.


Learners have qualified Assessors to guide them through their award and assessments are completed both in the work place and via Eportfolio.


Our relationship with our Employers, predicting and understanding the needs of this sector continues to be one of our strengths.


We have achieved the Investors in People Award 4 times and in November 2014 we were re-accredited with the Matrix Award.
